| 摘 要： | 信息时代对教师提出了高要求,教师为适应信息时代的要求,必须具备一定的信息素养和能力结构。教师的信息素养包括四个方面:信息意识、信息知识、信息能力、信息道德。教师的能力结构包括:教学认知能力、教学操作能力、教学设计能力、教学监控能力、信息技术能力、教学研究能力、终身学习能力。
