| 摘 要： | 现代远程教育的主要特征是 :网络环境、多媒体资源和交互式教学 ,其中网络设施建设是基础 ,开发、制作多媒体资源是核心 ,也是电大系统的相对优势所在 ,交互式教学和为学生提供支持服务是保证。所以 ,加强对教学资源的管理 ,搞好教学资源建设与应用 ,是各级电大教育改革与发展的重中之重的工作

| Abstract: | The main characteristics of the tele-education are network environment,multiple media and mutual teaching.Among them,the construction of network is basis;developing and making multimedia resources are core and also the relative advantage for TV universities;the mutual teaching and providing support service for students are guarantee.Therefore,it is the most important work to strengthen the teaching resources and do well the resources construction and application in the reforming and development of TV universities education. |
