| 摘 要： | 德育分为显性德育与隐性德育。长期以来，我国高校德育只重视显性德育课程对学生的影响，而忽视隐性课程对学生的作用。隐性德育作为完整德育体系的组成部分，其独特的特点表明隐性德育也是一支重要的德育力量。学校德育要实现既定目标，必须使两者相互融合。
