| 摘 要： | 通过对当代大学生心理适应能力现状进行分析,从学习适应性和社会适应性两方面探讨了影响大学生适应能力的因素,列举了适应不良者在情绪、人格、自我意识及认知方式方面的一般表现及挫折承受力差等问题,并针对以上现象提出一些减少学生压力和提高大学生心理适应能力的基本对策。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on an analysis of status of contemporary undergraduates' psychological adaptability.The reasons of the analysis have identified two factors which study adaptativeness and social adaptiveness.It also lists normal behaviors of adaptive disorder people in emotion personality self-concept and cognitive schema,these behaviors may lead to some broblems of nervous interpersonal relationships and bad frustration endurance.Aimed for above phenomenons,this paper even offers some useful measures to reduce undergraduates' psychological pressure and improve their adaptability. |
