| 摘 要： | 近年来,在大学里排球专项学生发生运动损伤的现象较多,影响了学生在训练和比赛中的竞技水平,正常的教学秩序以及学生的正常生活。如何解决训练比赛与伤病的矛盾,就成为有效提高运动员技能的重要任务。
