| 摘 要： | 人权最初是资产阶级革命的口号,但人权并非资产阶级的专利。从"天赋人权"思想的诞生到资产阶级人权文献的发表,从西方人权到世界人权,从个人人权到集体人权,从公民权到民族权和发展权,在历史的演进过程中,人权概念不断被补充新的内涵而逐渐成为各国普遍接受的基本价值,并最终以国际法的形式确立下来。表明人权的概念不断完善,人权的保护不断加强,国际人权事业不断发展。

| Abstract: | Though it appeared at first as a slogan of bourgeois revolution, human right is not exclusive to the bourgeois. From the born of the "natural rights" idea to the publishment of the human rights papers by the bourgeois,from the human right to the universal human right,from the individual right to the developing right,from the civil right to the national right and the developing right,the concept of the human right is continuously supplemented with new connotations in the river of history ,and is becoming a basic value universally accepted by every country. |
