| 摘 要： | 象征性交货条件和信用证结算方式使进口商承担较大的贸易风险,这种贸易风险突出地表现为提单风险。从法律角度来看,目前有关信用证结算和海上运输的国际惯例并不能约束这类风险。进口商需要在实际业务中采取适当保护措施来避免自身风险。

| Abstract: | Importer undertakes greater trade risk in the terms of symbolic delivery and letter of credit. This kind of trade risk is shown as the risk of the bill of lading. From the point of view of law, the international practice about the letter of credit and marine transportation can't restrain this kind of risk at present. Importer needs take the proper protective measure to avoid one's own risk in the practical business. |
