| 摘 要： | 普通高校二级学院大多采用文秘人员兼任档案管理员的文档一体化管理模式,这种管理方式有其优点,但其兼职性质往往导致管理者精力投入不足、管理不够科学.加强二级学院文档一体化管理,必须提高管理员的业务水平和工作效率,变经验管理为科学管理、变被动管理为主动管理.

| Abstract: | In a college or school of a university,a clerk often holds a concurrent post of manager.In spite of its advantages,the model of the integral management of files,because of the character of being concurrent,often results in the deficiency of energy devotion and lack of scientific management.In order to strengthen the integral management of files in a college or school of a university,we must improve the manager's vocational level and efficiency,change the experiential management to the scientific management and the passive to the active. |
