| Abstract: | The modern magazinist, if he wants to enhance the sense of social responsibility and sense of historical mission and realize the unification of an editor's subject value and historical responsibility, has to fully understand the objects served, set up the service concept of " having the promotion of advanced culture and advanced productivity to develop as own task" to serve the society, " creating the service feelings with human as fundamentality and developing the information sources of cultural and knowledge products" to service the authors and "genuinely and sincerely satisfying the authors'need and promoting the authors'grade with heart and soul and with might and main and continuously improve own quality. |
