| Abstract: | In order to train the students to be talents of practicalness and technicalness,the TV universities of cities and distrcts have to embody the importance of practical teaching in the orientation of school-running and the designing of training goal,and have practicalness pervade the entire process of teaching,thus create pronounced atmosphere of practical teaching. |
