| Abstract: | Research has been done on the relationship between total risk management and corporate governance through combining them,thus we can perfect the total risk management by reinforcing the capacity of corporate governance.Finally we should pay attention to the sustainable developing of the organizations,common value and humane governance and so on in the future corporate governance. |
