| 摘 要： | 中餐菜肴的命名,除了包含本身的食材及配料,往往还负载很多文化信息。从中餐菜肴的命名方式和深层意义可以清楚地了解这些菜肴名称中包含的文化冗余信息,以及在翻译过程中引起的不可避免的信息缺失。
