| 摘 要： | 2009年山西煤炭经历了巨大的变革,依照＂资源整合、关小上大、能力置换、联合改造、淘汰落后、优化结构＂的发展思路,实施煤炭资源整合重组,在很大程度上增强了煤炭企业的安全保障程度,提高了煤炭资源的利用率。但要从根本上解决煤炭行业在安全和资源利用方面存在的问题,还应该在企业管理方面逐步完善。
