| 摘 要： | 近年来“三农”问题日益凸显,要实现全面建设小康社会,发展和谐社会,必须要解决“三农”问题。造成“三农”问题的原因是多方面的,但农民的整体素质不高乃是制约经济和社会发展的一个重要因素。因此,提高农民整体素质,在解决“三农”问题的过程中将起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | "The issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers"in recent years becomes more serious.If we want to realize the well-off society,and develop the harmonious society,we must solve the problems.There are many reasons that lead to the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers,but the low quality of peasant is an important factor to restrict economy and the development of society.Therefore,promoting the peasants' quality plays an important role in solving the problems. |
