| 摘 要： | 以全球化为宏观背景,指出教育现代化必然要求教师角色的创新,进而阐释以“平等中的首席”为内核的新教师观,包括教师要成为教育学意义上的交往、学生自主性学习的促进和学生精神资源的开发。由此而引发教师职业素质的再建构,即发展其包容性和创新性思维素质、现代性和世界性人格素质以及新颖鲜活的教育理论素质。

| Abstract: | The teacher's role must be innovated from a global perspective. As "a leader of peers", the teacher should be a communicator in education, a facilitator in students' independent study, and a developer of students' spirit. The teaching profession should be reconstructed to promote the teacher's wide-ranging and creative thinking, global personality, and pedagogical and theoretical accomplishment. |
