| 摘 要： | 选拔优秀的生源是培养高素质研究生、提升研究生教育水平的前提。研究生复试面试环节在选拔优秀生源中的重要作用是毋容置疑的。本文从素质冰山模型理论出发，构建研究生生源素质层级，针对甄选优秀生源提出改进研究生复试面试技术，以行为考察作为面试核心，以期提升复试工作的效能。

| Abstract: | The selection of good students is a prerequisite of high-quality graduate education. Interviews play an important role in the enrollment of good graduate students. Based on a hierarchical quality model, a discussion is made on the construction of a layered system of student qualities, improvement of interview techniques for the enrollment of graduate students, interviews focused on the assessment of applicant behavior, and enhancement of the efficiency of enrollment examinations. |
