| 摘 要： | 本文着重讨论知识经济兴起的时候，如何改革当前的高等教育模式，实施创新教育，培养适应知识经济要求具有创新能力的新型人才，文章分为三个部分：第一部分分析了当前我国高等教育与知识经济不相适应的方面；第二部分提出改革现行高等教育的设想，第三部分就当前最值得注意的大学生创造性思维，个性化教育和实践教育问题提出了对策性建议。文章认为必须改变传统高等教育中与知识经济时代不相适应的观念和做法，树立创新大学教育的理念，并将其贯穿到改革现行大学教育模式的实践中去。

| Abstract: | This essay discusses today s reform of the mode of higher education in the framework of a knowledge economy and promotion of creation education to produce competentpeople. Itcontains three parts:1 ) an analysis of deficiencies in China s higher education to copewith knowledge economy,2 ) a proposal forreforming highereducation, and3) suggestions concerning the issues of students creative thinking,individualized education and practical training. The author believes that out- dated ideas must be changed,awareness raised for reforming universities,and effective reforms carried outin the process of highereducation. |
