| 摘 要： | 研究生教育结构能否与经济社会发展对高层次人才需求相适应,是研究生教育发展的重要战略问题.本文结合我国研究生教育发展的现状,对当前我国研究生教育在人才培养的学科结构与培养规模、类型层次结构以及地区分布结构与社会需求不相适应等方面进行分析和研究后认为:当以经济社会发展需要为导向,从理顺政府、培养单位、社会三者之间的关系、依法扩大高等学校的办学自主权、改进研究生培养制度和培养模式等几方面着手调整研究生教育结构.
