| 摘 要： | 探讨波兰尼缄默知识理论引发的对知识结构、学习理论与实践的影响,以及缄默知识理论视阈下的知识与学习的重构,以期为当前高等学校人才培养这个实践活动提供全新的视野.通过全员、全方位、全过程实践育人,在师生教育教学实践中使学生的缄默知识显性化.
