| 摘 要： | 随着创新型国家概念的提出,大学对提升国家竞争力的特殊意义正日益凸显,同时社会也对研究型大学本身提出了更高要求:不仅应创造出满足战略需求、具有重大意义的创新科技成果,而且应将成果积极转化为现实生产力,推动国家和地区经济的发展.创业型大学作为研究型大学变革的趋势,需要在包括跨学科组织、技术转移机制、混成组织建设和人才培养等方面做出新的努力,从而给予国家和企业更大的支持力度.

| Abstract: | The proposition of the innovation country puts the enhancing of country's ability of competition to an especial important state and asks a higher quality of research universities. The research universities should not only create original technical fruitages which fill the strategic requirements and have great importance,but also change the fruitages to actual productive force for pushing the economic development of the country and regions. As the production of the second academic revolution,the entrepreneurial universities meet the above demands and these universities emphasis playing a more important role in the relations of the universities,the enterprises and the governments by the capitalization and industrialization of knowledge. Being the trend of the revolution of the research universities,entrepreneurial universities must make new efforts to interdisciplinary organization,technology transfer mechanism,mixing organization and talent cultivation as to provide more and stronger assistance to the country and enterprises. |
