| 摘 要： | 当前国家有关部门和研究机构正在对2020年我国教育发展战略目标与主要任务展开多方面研究,其中关于实现教育发展战略目标的投入保障条件和需求测算是一个重点。这里,我们在分析近三十年来全国教育经费发展变化的基础上,以2020年教育事业发展规模和质量应该达到的目标为参照,运用国际比较和生均经费指数测算的方法,对2020年我国全社会教育总投入和各级教育经费进行了初步研究和需求预测,形成了若干推断和想法,希望引起教育界同行的关注、讨论和批评。
