摘    要:随着我国城市化和现代化的发展,流动人口已成为一种社会常态现象,但由于城乡二元体制的“坚冰”没有打破,社会对流动人口的排斥也有加重的趋势。流动人口子女作为流动人口中的一个小群体却是一个特殊群体,在整个社会变迁中具有深刻的社会意义,其九年制义务教育权利的实现,也是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。对于流动人口子女学校教育的理解,破除社会排斥促进社会融合是社会政策的目标。那么,在现有体制不变的情况下,积累基层经验就显得十分必要。本文从流动人口子女的“学习生态圈”出发,通过学生和教师两个维度的社会感受再现其学校教育的实现过程,归纳了流动人口子女教育中的六大难点问题,提出混合班制学校教育是最有利于社会融合的一种形式。

Abstract:With the development of urbanism and modernization in China, migrant population has become a prominent phenomenon, and as the 'ice' of a dualistic social structure has not been broken, certain kinds of social exclusion are thus brought about. Although migrants' children are a small part of the whole population emigrating from land, it's a special group in terms of its impact on social transformation. To some extent, a society of harmony depends on whegher their social right of 9-year free education is protected. To understand and then meet the need of the children's free education, and avoid social exclusion which is likely to arise & improve social indusion, is always one of the aims of any social policy in China. The paper starts from a perspective of 'learning biological circle', analyses the schooling of this special children group, and discusses six difficulties of migrant's children education. Finally, the paper argues that a 'blended class model' is the key to demolish social exclusion of any form.
