| 摘 要： | 身份表明某一个体或群体在社会生活中的位置,它既是结构性的又是建构性的。新型教师称谓层出不穷,它们概括、隐晦地表现了教师身份的各种特征。基于对各种新型教师称谓的整理、分析,我们发现教师身份具有无边界性与回归性、冲突性与整体性、间隙性与可能性、非延续性与建构性等多重特征。在文化、制度建构的基础上,教师身份的关键是教师作为一个人的专业生命历程中的自我身份建构。
