倾听学生的沉默之“声”

摘    要:学生的沉默是指在特定的教学情境中学生静默无语的态度及行为。不同教学情境下,学生的沉默至少呈现出三种不同的样态,即受控性沉默、抗拒性沉默和建设性沉默。教师必须对学生的沉默做出适切的回应,然而在当下的教学中,教师对学生沉默的回应却呈现出随意性、简单化和非伦理化的倾向,由此遮蔽了学生沉默的教育性价值。笔者认为,倾听学生的沉默之"声",是凸显学生沉默的教育性价值的应有之举,其意义至少表现为:学生的沉默权获得尊重、学生成长的契机得以彰显、和谐的师生关系成为可能。

Abstract:The silence of students means the nonverbal attitude and behaviour of students in the specific teaching situation.The silence of students at least presents three kinds of different types including the controlled silence,the adversarial silence and the constructive silence in different teaching situations.Teachers must make appropriate response to students’ silence.However,the response of teachers to students’ silence reveals an arbitrary,simplistic and no-ethical tendency.This tendency has obscured the educational value of students’ silence.It is essential to listen to the silence of students.The significance of listening to students’ silence is that the silence right of students is respected;the opportunity of students’ development is magnified and the harmonious relationship between teachers and students becomes possible.
