教师文化的实然诊断与应然追求

摘    要:教师文化是由教师独特的知识体系、个人信仰、思维方式及价值观念系统等构成的复合整体,是支配教师行为方式的深层精神因素,因此,教师文化研究对于教师专业发展及教育改革的推进具有重大意义.为了使教师文化的改进和发展具有明确的发展方向,我们有必要对实然状态下教师文化存在的问题进行分析,进而提出应然状态下教师文化的理性追求,教师应是具有自身价值关怀与专业意识的"人师",教师的权威应依赖于学术素养及专业水平的提高,教师应是一群有反思意识和批判精神的知识分子.

Abstract:Teachers' culture is the comprehensive integrity that is composed of teacher's unique knowledge system, individual faith, the way of thinking, value system and so on. Teachers' culture is a deeper spiritual factor that dominates the way of teachers' behaviors. Therefore, teachers' culture research is of great significance to the development of teachers' profession and the promotion of the education reform. Teachers have their own value to show loving care for students' professional consciousness of people teacher. The teachers' authority is not merely to occupy indubitable legal knowledge, but rely on the promotion of academic accomplishment and specialized level; Teacher should not be a colony with serious outside to depend on, but one group has intellectuals who have reviewed consciousness and criticized spirit.
