| 摘 要： | 部分学历性民办高校探索营利性试点工作是顺利实行民办学校分类管理的必要条件。当前我国已经具备了开展营利性民办高校试点的社会基础。从营利性民办高校的产生途径来看,现有的民办高校可能选择营利性发展模式,一些教育集团可能组建营利性民办高校,风险投资机构和国外的营利性教育集团也将成为催生我国营利性民办高校的重要力量。
