摘    要:调查发现,免费师范生的身份认同过程经历了个体认知、社会比较和群体认同三个阶段。由于国家政策的不确定性、对于责任与义务构成因素的担忧以及人生规划的限制等三方面原因,免费师范生陷入了一定的身份认同困境。要帮助免费师范生走出身份认同的困境,需要国家、社会和学校三方面的努力。
