| Abstract: | The school culture is the basis of student development. The outstanding school culture can indicate the direction for the student life, which determines the creativity, cohesion and competitiveness of school. To get broad space for development, schools should take establishing advanced culture as direction, integrate culture construction into schools' development strategy, and promote the spreading of the advanced culture. |
