| 摘 要： | 当前我国教育财政的主要问题是投入上的不平衡.本文选取预算内教育经费占地方财政与地方GDP的比例、预算内事业费拨款与基建经费占预算内教育经费的比例、生均预算内教育支出占生均支出的比例等财政投入与支出指标,从经费总量、结构、生均支出三方面分析我国31个省(市)地方高等教育财政的区域差异,以期为各省级区域地方高等教育财政政策的调整与完善提供参考.
