| 摘 要： | 我国石油能源处境十分严峻,国家制订了发展替代能源乙醇政策.发展燃料乙醇产业应该不同地域选用不同能源作物原料、交叉使用多种能源作物原料、综合利用副产物、旧厂新用、尽量远离生活区、走生态工业之路、加强纤维素转化乙醇工艺研究以及处理好厂农利益分配等,以保证能源替代项目健康有序地发展下去.

| Abstract: | The situation of petrol energy in our country is grim.Policy of developing energy ethanol for substitution has been made in our country.To develop the fuel ethanol industrial should choose different energy crops in different places,use alternately varied energy crops as raw material,comprehensively utilize by-products,newly use old factories far away from living district,pursue the ecological industry,further study the technology of transformation from cellulose to ethanol,and correctly handle the problem of benefit distribution between factory and farmer,as to ensure that the energy substitution project can develop in a healthy way. |
