| Abstract: | This article believes that the problems of talents cultivation quality resulted from the faster expansion of scale due to popular higher education,and puts forward that it is necessary to establish and improve inner quality evaluation system,strengthen the construction of quality supervision and control system and insurance and support system to establish the positive development and self-discipline organism. |
