| 摘 要： | 在全面落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会、全面实现小康社会的今天,高校校园的文化建设也是必不可少的。而加强高校校园的安全文化建设,是构建社会主义和谐校园的要求,是满足高等教育事业蓬勃发展的保障,是提高大学生综合素质的客观要求之一,更是构建和谐社会主义必不可少的环节。应在安全理念倡导、安全教育渗透、安全活动实施、加强硬件建设等方面构建高校校园安全文化建设,避免出现安全评价体系不健全、安全保障制度不完善以及高校安全文化教育缺失等问题。

| Abstract: | Today, we are facing with the task of comprehensively implementing the scientific outlook of development, building a harmonious society, comprehensively achieving well-off society, so the construction of safety culture for higher vocational colleges is essential. Strengthening the safety culture, is the requirement of building a socialist harmonious campus, the guarantee of booming development of higher education, the requirement of improving the overall quality of college students, and also an essential part of building a harmonious socialist society. It proposed the countermeasures of advocating safety concept, improving safety education, implementing safety activities, and strengthening the hardware construction etc. so as to promote the construction of safety culture and to avoid the problems of insufficient evaluation system, imperfect safety system and lack of education in safety culture. |
