摘    要:学分制是一种以学分为计量单位衡量学生学业完成状况的教学管理制度,它具有选择性广,适应性强,有利于培养和调动教师和学生的积极性,有利于高校文理渗透,实施素质教育等优点。学分制在我国高校的实施具有重要的现实意义。针对我国高校学分制普遍存在的:学生选课的盲目性、学生素质不适应学分制的要求、教学计划的弹性不够、课程设置不尽合理、教学硬件不足、师资力量滞后等问题,有必要进一步完善我国的高等教育学分制。

Abstract:The credit system is one kind of teaching management system that weighs the student's studies by taking the school grades as the measuring unit.It has broad selectivity,the strong compatibility,conductive in training and mobilizing the teacher and student's enthusiasm,and conductive to the implentation of quality-oriented education.The credit system has the vital practical significance in our country university's implementation.In view of our country university credit system universally existing questions: the student chooses the class blindly.The student's quality does not adapt to credit system's request;elasticity of instruction plan is insufficient;the curriculum is incompatible: teachers strength lags behind and so on,it is necessary to further consummate our country higher education credit system.
