| 摘 要： | 在“精品期刊”日益成为出版发行界热点话题的今天，就如何创办精品科技期刊方法提出明确目标；明确办刊宗旨，加强名牌效应。要打造精品，应从三个方面着手，要高效质优，围绕提高刊物质量做文章，走可持化发展的精品化期刊道路。
