| 摘 要： | 在当今改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济条件下,教学改革势在必行,教学方法的改革固然重要,但教师素质提高最为关键。提高教师素质的主要途径是加强教师理论学习,提高业务能力,加强教师科研能力,同时强化师德培训。

| Abstract: | In between reform opening-up socialist market economy nowadays,the reform in education is imperative,the reform of the teaching method is no doubt important,but teacher's quality improvement is the most crucially.The main way to improve teacher's quality is to strengthen teacher's theory study,improve professional ability,strengthen teacher's scientific research ability,strengthen the ethics of the teaching profession at the same time. |
