| 摘 要： | 美国助学贷款制度在规模、期限和利率、还款方式、担保及风险控制等方面具有灵活性的特点,对我国助学贷款以大力开展生源地助学贷款、建立有效的个人信用机制、贷款利率多元化、完善学生减免制度、扩大助学贷款供给方的范围和数量等几个方面具有一定的启示。
