| 摘 要： | 地方高校担负着发展应用型本科教育的职能与使命,地方高校培养应用型人才是区域经济发展的客观要求,是实现学生个性化发展的必然要求,是地方高校自身发展的必然选择。目前,地方高校应用型人才培养普遍存在学校定位不明、学科专业单一、课程设置片面、教学方法落后和实践教学陈旧等问题,严重影响人才培养的质量。地方高校应以区域经济为导向,从确立培养目标、优化专业结构布局、建设课程结构体系等十个方面系统地构建应用型人才培养体系。

| Abstract: | Local colleges take the responsibility of developing applied undergraduate education.To cultivate applied talents in local colleges is the objective demand of regional economy development,the inevitable requirement to realize students’ individual development and the inevitable choice of local colleges development.At present,there are many problems in applied talents cultivation system in local colleges such as,the uncertain developing orientation,the single subject construction,the imperfect curriculum setting,the backward teaching method and the outdated practice teaching.They seriously affect the quality of talent cultivation.Local colleges should construct the applied talents cultivation system based on regional economy,from ten aspects,including establishing training goals,optimizing major layout and building curriculum systems.. |
