| 摘 要： | “十八大”报告提出全面提高党的建设的科学化水平.高校作为人才培养的基地、科研创新的高地,需要以改革创新的精神推进党的基层组织建设和党员队伍建设,使之成为推进党建科学化发展的先锋力量.目前,随着高校党员发展数量的逐年增加,党员质量、基层党组织建设还存在一些问题,特别是理工科学院研究生党建工作出现了例如培养时间短、思想政治教育不足、组织凝聚力不强的问题,这在一定程度上会影响高校中心工作和内涵建设.因此,应结合理工科研究生的特点,通过探索支部建在学科上,导师和支部书记加强互动等方式,来探讨基层党组织的内涵建设,进一步推动高校研究生党支部建设的科学化水平.

| Abstract: | The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China report proposes to improve the scientific level of par-- ty building comprehensively. The universities, as training base and research innovation heights, should promote the party~ grassroots organization building and party members＇ construction in the spirit of reform and innovation to become the vanguard of promoting the sci- entitle party eonstruction. With the number of graduate student CPC members increasing each year, there are still some problems in the quality and the party organization building, which affects the college center work and connotation construetion to some extent, especially in the science and engineering graduate school, such as the short cultivation time, the lack of idoologieal and political education and weak organization and coherence. Based on the eharacterlsties of science and engineering graduate students, this paper proposes that the party branch can be based upon subjects, and the interaction between mentors and the branch secretary should be strengthened in order to explore the eonnotation construction of grassroots party branch and to improve the scientific development of the graduate student party branch. |
