| 摘 要： | 大学生心理健康教育工作在新形势下面临着个人价值观、复杂的情绪情感、自信心缺乏、学习与就业压力等问题,这些问题有着深刻的客观和主观原因。提高心理健康教育的理论研究和实践应用水平,发挥高等学校、家庭和自我在大学生心理健康教育中的作用是新形势下做好大学生心理健康工作的有效应对策略。

| Abstract: | Psychological health education of university students in the new situation is faced with the new problems of personal values,complex emotions,lack of self-confidence and learning and employment pressure,and so on.There are profound objective and subjective reasons for these issues.Improving the level of theoretical study and practical application of psychological health education,playing the roles of university,family and college students in the Psychological health education of university students,all these methods are the effective strategies. |
