| 摘 要： | 面对国内产业所遭受到的倾销危害,加强对反倾销中存在的突出问题的研究,已是在国际贸易中维护我国国家利益的当务之急。对于公共利益的衡平问题,我国不必照搬欧美国家的内涵,而应给予其符合我国国情的定义。对于反倾销中的规避问题,应通过完善、细化相关的立法加以应对,而贸易转移问题的解决,则要靠反倾销预警机制的作用再向前延伸。国家应采取有效措施,积极培养急需的反倾销人才。

| Abstract: | It is urgent for us to study the conspicuous problems in anti - dumping area to safeguard Chinese national interests. As far as the problem of public interest is eorteerned, we should define it aeeonting to our national, conditions instead of copying the American and European connotation.Relevant legislation should be modified and elaborated to cope with the problem of cireumvention in anti- dumping,and the precaution mechanism be strengthened further to prevent the commereial transfer problem. Govemment ought to adopt efficient measures to cultivate anti - dumping personnel. |
