| 摘 要： | 在马克思主义宏大的科学理论体系中,人的自由全面发展是贯穿始终的一根红线,内涵丰富,意义深远,既是引领人类前进的奋斗目标,又是促进经济社会发展的现实手段。以人为本集中概括了人的自由全面发展理论和科学发展观的本质和内涵。纠正发展过程中存在的偏差和问题,把科学发展观切实贯彻到生产发展的各个领域和社会生活的各个方面,才能将经济社会发展的过程与人民利益的实现相结合,与人的自由全面发展相统一。

| Abstract: | The theory on human's free and overall development goes through the grand Marxist theoretical system as a fundermental clue with abundant connotation and far-reaching meaning,which works not only as the final objective to lead human forward but also as the practical means to promote the economic and social development."Put human first" concentratedly generalizes the essence and connotation of the theory on human's free and overall development and scientific outlook on development.By correcting the deviances and problems in the course of development and carrying out scientific outlook on development in every field of productive development and every aspect of social life,only in this way,can we combine the course of economic and social development with the realization of the people's benefits as well as the free and overall human's development. |
