| 摘 要： | 现代教育背景下，研究外语教师素质十分必要。国内关于外语教师素质的研究已有二十几年的历史。通过检索“CNKI中国期刊全文数据库”，对国内二十几年的相关研究成果进行了整理。在整理的基础上，分析了已有研究的发展历史、研究方法和研究内容。继而发现了已有研究成果的不足之处，如：实证性研究较少、研究对象具有局限性、研究角度单一等。针对这些不足，提出了今后我国外语教师素质研究的趋势，以期为今后的研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to study qualities of foreign language teachers against modem educational background. The studies of qualities of foreign language teachers have been conducted more than twenty years in China. Through the retrieval of ＂CNKI＂, studies of qualities of foreign language teachers in twenty years in China have been sought, based on which, the development of studies, re- search methods and focused issues of the studies are analyzed. Research gaps are also critically commented. For example, there are few empirical studies about qualities of foreign language teachers and the study subjects and perspectives are limited. To fill in these gaps, this article provides directions for future studies related to the exploration of qualities of foreign language teachers in order to offer reference to future studies. |
