| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展,迫使学校在教学、管理以及思想政治工作方面进行改革。市场经济的发展对人才培养起着积极的促进作用;市场经济中某些不健康思想对人才培养的负面影响;高校思想工作要主动适应市场经济。

| Abstract: | With the development of marketing economy, schools are forced to change in teaching, management and ideological education work. The development of marketing economy improve training people actively. Some unhealthy minding in marketing economy has disadvantages in training people. Ideological education work of high schools should be suitable to marketing economy. |
