| 摘 要： | 教育转型是世界性潮流,当前世界师范教育模式,正从一元封闭走向多元开放。“教师教育一体化”概念的引进,使得“师范教育”逐渐淡出人们的视野,“教师教育”已经成为教师培养和培训的统称。在我国加速推动师范教育转型的历史背景下,及时调整和更新教师的深层次角色,是时代赋予的一项紧迫使命。
