| 摘 要： | 产学研一体化实践教学在高等教育满足社会对创造性人才的需求上具有重要作用。然而,高校内部缺少产学研一体化实践教学的配套机制是导致我国普通高校同职业教育功能相重叠的主要原因。基于此,应从实践者主体性特征、缄默知识的教育功能以及创新性三个方面来理解预孵化机制同实践教学的契合性。总之,预孵化机制内在的创业教育导向不仅能够明确定位普通高等学校的实践教学功能,而且依托大学科技园能够形成一种紧密型"产学研"一体化实践教学模式,在区别于职业教育以及作为教学与科研的纽带方面都提供了更多的创新形式。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the role of practice education of the integration of industrialization,teaching & research in higher education,pointed out that the lack of supporting mechanisms of inner-university practice education of the integration of industrialization,teaching & research is the main reason for functions overlap between common university and vocational education in China.Based on this,discussing the fitness between pre-incubation and practice education from practitioners main characteristics,educational function of tacit knowledge and innovation,the internal entrepreneurship leading mechanism of pre-incubation not only can locate the practice education function in common university clearly,but also shape a practice education mode of tight integration of industrialization,teaching & research based on University Science Park,then providing more innovative forms as distinguished from vocational education and tie teaching and research. |
