| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,尤其是近几年,我国高等教育发展形势喜人,专业人才培养进展顺利。然而,在实现精英教育向大众教育转化的过程中,出现了大学生就业难的社会问题。这一现象客观地表明了高等教育发展所面临的机遇与挑战是并存的。回顾改革开放30年来我国高校毕业生就业制度的变迁,可以更好地反思我国高等教育改革问题。
