| 摘 要： | 大学作为优秀文化传承的重要载体和思想文化创新的重要源泉,积极发挥着文化育人的作用。器物文化、制度文化和精神文化是大学文化体系中三类很重要的文化形态,主要体现在器物文化是育人的基础,制度文化是育人的保障,精神文化是育人的动力。大学文化在发挥育人功能的过程中,可以借助大学器物、大学制度以及大学精神来实现。

| Abstract: | As the important organization of spreading excellent culture and the important source of creating new thought,university actively play the role in the process of talent cultivation by university culture. Material culture,system culture and spirit culture are the three important kinds of culture of the system of university culture,material culture is the basis of talent cultivation,system culture is the guarantee of talent cultivation,spirit culture is the motivation of talent cultivation. In the process of cultivating talents,university culture can achieve the goal by university material,university system,and university spirit. |
