| Abstract: | Comrade DENG Xiao-ping attached great importance to the problem of persons with abilities. He put forward some of his views about the problem and found some measures in solving the problem, such as how to regard talented people as important human resources; how to protect them and attract them; how to select them and offer them some equal key positions and how to build up and develop human resources of the people etc. These views and measures are playing an important part in guiding the work in the administration of talented persons especially in the new period of our Party. |
