| 摘 要： | 科技型中小企业的特点决定了其在人才选聘及产学研合作方面更加倾向于高职院校。本文分析了科技型中小企业发展中面临的困境及高职院校服务科技型中小企业中存在的问题,提出了高职院校全方位服务科技型中小企业实现校企共赢的对策。

| Abstract: | The technology-based SEMs tend to cooperate with higher vocational colleges on recruitment and university-industry collaboration. The technical innovation dilemma of technology-based SEMs and problems about collaboration between higher voca-tional colleges and technology-based SEMs were analyzed. All round cooperation strategies were proposed to gain win-win. |
