| Abstract: | Taylor's famous words selecting the first-class workers have great inspiration to China's state-owned enterprises reform. Absorbing its reasonable elements is helpful for the enterprises to establish a scientific management mechanism, enabling enterprises to make good use of the personnel, to optimize the production management mechanism, and also to build up a competition mechanism that ensures the survival of the best fitted. |
